We are a group of veterans who, back in our military days, supported the aviation mission as flight crew, ground crew, air traffic controllers, missile crew and other essential roles.  Our membership spans many eras, going back to World War II, and includes airman who participated in the wars and armed conflicts in Korea, Vietnam, Iraq and Afghanistan.  And yes, even the occasional peace time era.  We were there, and we proudly served our country.

Take a look at the Current Members page for a list of our members, with links to their pictures and biographical information.

This diverse group of men and women from all over the country have at least one thing in common (besides our shared military aviation background.)  We are all amateur radio operators, and we use that medium to stay in touch.  Every day of the year, you'll find us on 20-meters, spending about an hour chatting about our homes, our lives, our radios (!) and throwing out the occasional war story.  Visitors to the radio net are always welcome and encouraged to participate.

New Members

We are always on the lookout for potential new members.  If you are an amateur radio operator and a military veteran who supported the aviation mission in some way, you are probably qualified to become a member.  Fill out the form on the Join Us page and click the Submit button.  We'll get back to you as soon as possible!
